The Company was looking to power remote training and team meetings near hundreds of their locations across the United States and EMEA. They wanted to retain their branding on the Bizly portal and integrate their payment workflows.

Bizly created an existing interface for employees that bundled together event invites, venue booking, and payments in one simple workflow. Bizly was able to integrate the client's preferred virtual payment provider and create automated workflows, serving hundreds of employees across various meeting skill levels.

As one of the largest product companies in the world, Bizly was eventually able to support their meetings across many different departments and product categories. What started as trainings led to team off-sites, vendor dinners, and regional meet ups.

Bizly integrated their payments partner (Eved) into the Bizly solution to make payments seamless for both users and venues. Bizly also expanded to cover the client's needs in EMEA. The Client has built hundreds of custom playbooks to scale the program globally.
