Bizly was selected for a small pilot in 2019 to support a small group of administrative assistants and meetings planners at one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

Three years later, Bizly is the exclusive platform for all small meetings at the company. Supporting hundreds of users across two continents. Thousands of meetings later, Bizly and the Client have developed a center of excellence for small meetings.

Pharmaceutical meetings are often some of the most complex in the industry. The need to bring SMM best practices to small meetings, and make it all self-service, is a particularly daunting challenge.

Bizly rose to the challenge with this client. It started by ensuring the usage of the right venues-- this meant only enforcing use of preferred venues, but also blocking the use of the "wrong" venues (i.e. casinos, beachfront resorts, etc). It included leveraging the company's hundreds of unique venue contracts and relationships. And of course, training users of all skills levels to be able to use the tool every day.

Over the course of more than four years, thousands of meetings later, Bizly and the Client have built a pharmaceutical center of excellence for small meetings.
